  Wonderfully updated Sip Cafe with great specialty coffees, a wide range of loose teas, and many more beverages, soups, salads and sandwiches to choose from. Everything made fresh (except for the cookies - coming from someone who worked at a high end pastry shop they don’t have a very good shelf life anyways) so it’s a great place for lunches. They also make breakfast sandwiches and wraps too. One of my go-to places where the black bean burrito never disappoints and the frozen shivers make for a great treat.

  The coffee is great, no sugar made perfectly. If you like the taste of just coffee this is the spot. Atmosphere is great as well, couch's, it's like having a coffee in your own home. Anyone visiting the area, this is a must for real coffee lovers. Way to go Yarmouth, bringing in business to bring in new life.

  One of my fave places. Creme Brulee latte is amazing. Energy bars; Best around! Sandwiches are sooo good. And the gelato...Omg. You need to go.

  Love the look of it very nice very modern. The one thing that I did not like was that after standing in line and making my order, I had to go back towards the end of the line to pick up my beer. It just seemed a bit backwards to me.
